Who are we?
We are the industrial company specializing in the design and
manufacture of plastic injection molds and die-casting dies.
Yizhan Moulds® is the registered trade mark of
Suzhou Yizhan Precise Mould Co., Ltd. Our company was founded in
April 2005 by Guoxin Wu in Suzhou, near the city of Shanghai.
For reducing human factor in production, we are widely using
CAD/CAM technology, CNC equipment and without stopping on reached, we continue to adapt to our job world achievements in
the field of mechanical engineering. High-speed machining,
five-axis
machining and deep drilling are all applied along with
traditional machining and bench work.
Personnel is the main value of our company. Our team has been
started to build long time before company foundation. It can be
said without false modesty: most of our employees have the
golden hands and excellent head. Everyone adds something new and
positive in our work, tries to use all their knowledge and
abilities. Not our technologies but company's atmosphere is the
main our pride.

The sphere of our activity means tailor-made manufacturing.
Injection molds are always 100% individually designed and
individually made for the one customer and his product.
That is the reason why customer support and
consultancy is one of the major side of our work. We collaborate
with our customers R&D departments to solve the injection
molding, technological and organizational problems. Questions
of plastic parts quality, molding cycle time minimization and,
certainly, profitability will be solved at the discussion stage
of plastic part design before the mold design phase.
Such approach allows us to use preventive quality
management with traditional quality control: quality is ensured
by development and production, not only by testing. Quality
management is embedded in all processes inside our company since
the earliest stages of preparation for mold manufacturing.
Active participation in quality management is the target of each
our employee. It goes without saying that we are
